Chocolate strawberry banana smoothie recipe

The following recipe is my go to smoothie I drink almost every day. 

-1 banana 

-4-6 strawberries

-Tablespoon of cocoa powder

-1-2cups of apple juice (add water too if you like your smoothies less thick)

-Tablespoon of coconut oil 

-Tablespoon of ground flaxseed and chia seed


-dash of cinnamon

– 1 scoop of vegan protein powder

If you add the protein powder you will probably need to add more water to keep a good consistency. I usually drink this every morning before work and it gives me sustained energy untill lunch and beyond. The flax seed is also a great detox! Enjoy!
